Ruchi Shah

Ruchi Shah, PA-C, is a dedicated physician assistant at Union Spine and Pain Management. The practice has locations in Union, Scotch Plains, South Bound Brook, New Brunswick, Old Bridge, and Woodbridge, New Jersey. Committed to delivering compassionate medical care, Ruchi upholds the highest standards in patient treatment.

Ruchi began her education at City University of New York (CUNY) York College in Jamaica, New York, receiving her bachelor’s degree in sociology. Discovering her passion for health care, she furthered her education with coursework in biochemistry at CUNY Queens College in Queens, New York.

Shortly after, Ruchi achieved her physician assistant degree at Bay Path University in Long Meadow, Massachusetts, becoming board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). 

She also earned her New York and New Jersey State Physician Assistant Licenses and received certification as an advanced cardiovascular and basic life support provider. 

Ruchi extends her services to various hospitals and surgery centers in New York, including Hillside Family Practice in Queens, Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics in Thomaston, and Northwell Health in New Hyde Park. She also has served as an orthopedics and rehab physician assistant at North Flushing Primary Medical Care PC in Flushing.

Dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care, Ruchi uses her vast experience in dermatology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology to address various patient needs.

She takes pride in fostering positive relationships with her patients and enjoys working alongside the Union Spine and Pain Management team.
