Ruchi Shah

Ruchi Shah, is a dedicated physician assistant at Union Spine and Pain Management. The practice has locations in Union, Scotch Plains, Bloomfield, South Bound Brook, New Brunswick, Old Bridge, and Woodbridge, New Jersey. Committed to delivering compassionate medical care, Ruchi upholds the highest standards in patient treatment.

Ruchi began his education at City University of New York (CUNY) York College in Jamaica, New York, receiving his bachelor’s degree in sociology. Discovering his passion for health care, he furthered his education with coursework in biochemistry at CUNY Queens College in Queens, New York.

Shortly after, Ruchi achieved his physician assistant degree at Bay Path University in Long Meadow, Massachusetts, becoming board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). 

He also earned his New York and New Jersey State Physician Assistant Licenses and received certification as an advanced cardiovascular and basic life support provider. 

Ruchi extends his services to various hospitals and surgery centers in New York, including Hillside Family Practice in Queens, Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics in Thomaston, and Northwell Health in New Hyde Park. He also has served as an orthopedics and rehab physician assistant at North Flushing Primary Medical Care PC in Flushing.

Dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care, Ruchi uses his vast experience in dermatology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology to address various patient needs.

He takes pride in fostering positive relationships with his patients and enjoys working alongside the Union Spine and Pain Management team.
